20 Mile Course
Start Time: 8:00 AM MDT
Count on the most beautiful and pristine canyon trails you have ever seen with giant vertical gain.
Launch into the open country alpine realm of Cannonball Mountain. This is a very serious mountain race with more climbing than many 50-100 mile races.
There is actually plenty of flat to rolling terrain, which means the actual hills are even steeper than it sounds. Be ready for real mountain racing!
15K Course
Start Time: 9:00 AM MDT
Experience jaw-dropping views and unforgettable mountain running terrain on this challenging course.
While shorter than the 20-mile option, the 15K still packs serious vertical gain in a compact distance.
This course offers abundant wildlife viewing opportunities and access to pristine trails rarely seen by the general public.
Race Policies
Refund Policy
- 1 We will refund 50% of your entry fee until April 1st at 11:59pm.
- 2 After April 1st, there will be no refunds.
- 3 We will not do any rollover or transfer of bibs.
- 4 This is a mountain race. If the race must be cancelled due to fire, severe weather, pandemic, etc, there is no possible way for us to refund or rollover your entry. That money is gone. When you register, consider this issue and either commit or stick to safer races that run in circles.
- 5 If facing personal financial hardship, reach out to us.
Dog Policy
Dogs are not permitted to run the race with our runners. This is a safety issue. Dogs attract other wild animals and the leashes tangle and cause tripping issues.
Leashed and well behaved dogs can enjoy the finish area.
